Swing Street are a 1920s and jazz tribute band comprising of four awesome musicians. The band offer 1920s, jazz and swing hits played on guitar/banjo, saxophone/clarinet, cornet and sousaphone accompanied by male vocals.

They also offer additional line-ups if you have something special in mind for your 1920's themed party. Depending on venue and budget size they can offer the following line-up options...

  • 7 Piece - Cornet, Clarinet, Sax, Trombone, Banjo, Sousaphone, Drums.
  • 6 Piece - Cornet, Clarinet, Trombone, Banjo, Sousaphone, Drums.
  • 5 Piece - Cornet, Clarinet, Banjo, Sousaphone, Drums.
  • 4 Piece - (option 1) Clarinet/Sax, Banjo, Sousaphone, Drums.
  • 4 Piece - (option 2) Cornet, Clarinet, Banjo, Sousaphone.
  • 3 Piece - Clarinet, Banjo, Sousaphone.

As the band can play fully acoustically it's possible to have the band roaming around your venue or location while they play. The drummer will need to remain stationary but this works very well if you want a busking style feel or roving 1920's style entertainment at each table.

Here is an example of the bands 1920s tribute and jazz repertoire...

I wanted to share some pictures from our wedding of the wonderful band you provided. We had such a great day and the band were just perfect! Everyone loved them and they were so amazing. Please pass our very best onto them and thank them for being in such good spirits and being the perfect entertainment for our reception – they set the tone for the day brilliantly and everyone LOVED walking up the road with them! – Georgie Lunan, Guildford

I just wanted to tell you how pleased we all were with the band at Dad’s funeral yesterday. Everyone thought it a wonderful tribute to him, and many commented on how much Dad would have liked it. It was a bitterly cold day, so please do thank the musicians for doing so well.I must confess that I am not really a jazz fan, but I so enjoyed listening to the gents play. I don’t think ‘enjoy’ is the right word given the solemn occasion, but I’m sure you know what I mean. The music made the ceremony more emotional and moving – in a good way – and very memorable. And although it was an occasion full of sadness, the band seemed to make it easier to bear – for me at least. So many, many thanks. Best wishes – Jayne Lillywhite (Enfield)
