Electric Style
The Folk Knights are one of London's most original party and wedding bands. They offer two distinctive sounds. One a folky vintage style with double bass, banjo, acoustic guitars and drums. The other a rocking party band playing the best in indie rock and pop chart hits from the last 40 years. For your wedding or party they are able to include both styles. They offer a 1 hour set of each style included in their evening service. Like most of the acts on The Band Boutique they can also include disco before and after so you don't need to worry about hiring a DJ.
The bands repertoire includes a tried and tested mix of songs perfectly placed to pack a dance floor, including the likes of Elvis Presley, The Beatles & Little Richard, to current chart toppers including the best from Sam Smith, Mumford & Sons, George Ezra, The Killers and many more!
Standard Wedding Service
The band offer the following standard service for your wedding or party...
- 2 x 60 minutes of live music between 8pm and midnight including 1 hour of vintage folk and 1 hour of rock and pop.
- First dance learnt.
- Arrival at 6pm to be set-up for 7:30pm (early arrival is possible).
- All PA, lighting and recorded music between sets so you don't need to hire a DJ.
The band also have all PAT and insurance certificates needed to play at most of the UK's wedding venues. The band can be flexible on timings. They are also able to offer a more laid back set for your drinks reception, during a meal or photo hour.
London Based Musicians
The band are based in London but happy to travel throughout the UK. If you're venue is not in London let us know the location and we will be able to work out all travel costs for you.
