The Camaros are a Manchester based wedding band with a retro twist. They take new and old songs and put a retro or vintage spin on them. Chic and cool and perfect for a wedding or party with a vintage or retro theme. Unlike other retro bands they take popular songs from todays charts, as well classics that everyone knows and change them up in their own style. Their draw on a whole host of influences to make their versions of tunes more interesting including Motown & Northern soul, Funk, Jazz, New Orleans Rhythm and Blues and Reggae. To compliment their vintage sound the band play with instruments from the 60s and 70s.
The Camaros are a retro themed band that can change or compliment the mood of any event. Having spent years performing at corporate events, festivals, weddings, music venues and various other situations they have the experience needed to get guests up and dancing and singing along from the start to the finish.
Wedding Band with a Retro Style
The band arrive in style with tweed suits, flat caps, vintage equipment, mood setting lighting and a full PA. The recorded music they play in between sets continues the cool vintage vibe. For the whole night you will see your guests transported to distant time periods when music shaped and influenced the youth.

This wedding band are based in Manchester but can travel for any event. The band are a 5-piece made up of electric and double bass, 2 x guitars, drums and male and female vocals.
The Camaros appeared in the Paolo Sorrentino film 'Youth' with Michael Caine in early 2016, and were chosen for this role in the film due to their unique 60s inspired image. The band have also toured with Simply Red and are going back out to tour Germany in Autumn 2016 to release their first album. Chic and cool, the band have a sound of the 50s and 60s which feels fresh and modern at the same time.
The lead singers in the band, Paul and Helen are recently married themselves. The whole band are great friends, and this chemistry on stage and off allows them to deliver a lively and natural performance that audiences love, the world over. In the last couple of years they have travelled to India, Moscow, France, Germany, Belgium and have been entertaining audiences wherever they go.
